Record breaking scorcher continues unabated and so does grilling, this time with risotto in griddle pan.
On occasions I have been know to say that I’m not a very great friend of pastas, but after tasting this pasta sauce on several dishes I retract my statement – live and learn.
Well, so I get down to it! I gathered all the ingredients and started to prepare our meal. And I truly nailed it: as a result we had an excellent soup which immediately became a contender in the category “best soup ever”.
