Vegetables and pork meat baked in Muurikka griddle pan

When the summer began, it really rushed in. On the First of May we were still forced to change our plans to make food outdoors because of steady rain and cold weather. Of course everybody can season the fillets according to their own taste. Continue reading “Garlic pork fillets and cauliflower chutney”

Pork sirloin roast wrapped in bacon

Pork sirloin roast wrapped in bacon

Pork escalopes, sirloin and tenderloin steaks and roasts, chops, shredded meat, side of bacon, smoked bacon – they all have their own roles either in everyday meals or served at a banquet.
