I am really not sure how well-known the dish flamed salmon is around the world, but flamed fish has belonged to the Finnish cuisine for ages. This is a dish where you cook the fish at a low temperature near the flames of a bonfire, grillfire or any other open fire. As I already mentioned in my previous post about grilling, the weather has been a blessing in the sense that it has been possible to enjoy our meals in the shade of a huge maple tree. When the summer began, it really rushed in. On the First of May we were still forced to change our plans to make food outdoors because of steady rain and cold weather. Since that the weather has been shiny and hot every single day.
