I have often cooked salmon for puppy food during the past few months. Every now and then I just have to put some slightly salted pieces in my mouth when cutting the salmon into a dog food bowl. And it has stirred up a craving for a meal where one of the ingredients would be salmon.
Finally came the day that the craving was too much and dreaming about it wasn’t satisfying me enough. The end result was a fairly simple and quick-to-complete combo that wouldn’t even need a recipe to succeed. However, I will write it down here in case someone would be excited to try it on their own. I seasoned this version only with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic and dill. Everyone can use whichever herbs they prefer.
Serve with rice or pasta.
PORTION: 2 servings
TIME TO MAKE: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 150 gr sliced salmon
- 100 gr shrimps
- 2-3 dl cream

- salt and black pepper to your taste
- 2 tablespoons of fresh, chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Heat up some oil in a frying pan and add crushed garlic cloves, salmon and shrimps. Spice with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Let simmer for a few minutes, stirring the mixture at the same time.
