Once again my darling old spouse brought me a new recipe with all the ingredients needed for making food out of them. He asked if we could try it. And forced I was, because the ingredients were already purchased and the recipe was quite interesting and easy to make.
As a result we got a very good side dish which goes really well with meat, poultry or fish.
Instead of yogurt sauce I made it with smetana which is more to my taste.You can by all means try yogurt (see the original recipe) if you’d rather go with that.
I also used some salt, though halloumi is quite salty in itself. Not too much, but some…
