Like on the previous salad post, I will not include exact amounts of different ingredients, but rather focus on the different combinations of flavours. Everyone can make the salads as they prefer, and you can easily leave out, replace or add different ingredients. The dressings can be made based on one’s own preference – I personally like fairly simple dressings to accompany my salad.
Salad 1. (On the opening picture)
- Broccoli
- Grapes
- Bell pepper
- Zucchini
- Early cabbage
- Salt, sugar, lemon pepper
- White balsamic dressing
- Vegetable oil
Chop all ingredients to preferred size, grapefruits cut in half. Season with salt, sugar and lemon pepper. Add a dash of oil and white balsamic dressing. Mix.
Salad 2.
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Yellow cherry tomatoes
- Red grapes
- Carambola
- Salt, sugar
- Vegetable oil
Chop all ingredients to preferred size.. Season with salt and sugar. Add a dash of oil.
Salad 3.
- Red-veined dock
- Scallions
- Honeydew melon
- Celery stalk
- Pomegranate
- Salt, sugar
- Vegetable oil
- Light balsamico dressing
Chop, mix and season, just like the other salads.
Salad 4.
- Avocado
- Scallions
- Iceberg salad
- Pomegranate
- Sesame seeds
- Salt, sugar, lemon pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Light balsamico dressing
Prepare like the previous salads.
Salad 5.
- Plum tomatoes
- Grapes
- Pineapple
- Cucumber
- Grated carrots
- Grated broccoli stalk
- Salt, sugar, lemon pepper
- Vegetable oil

- Lemon juice
Grate the carrot and broccoli stalk, season with lemon juice and sugar.
Chop the other ingredients and season with sugar, salt and lemon pepper. Place in a serving tray and pour a dash of oil on top. Decorate with fresh parsley.
