This is just an ordinary everyday dish, nothing very special to say or write about it. Unlike my normal preparations of such fillets these are only marinated in garlic, lemon and salt marinade without any other herbs. Of course everybody can season the fillets according to their own taste.
Cauliflower chutney is an excellent side dish to serve with these fillets.
The recipe for cauliflower chutney can be found here.
PORTION: 4 servings
TIME TO MAKE: marinating at least 10 hours, roasting 10 minutes.
Cauliflower chutney 35 minutes.

- lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
Roasting stock:
- Olive oil
- ½ dl lemon juice

Let the fillets season in the marinade for at least ten hours.
