And how come I yet again ended up making food from the ingredients forgotten in the fridge? You can use whatever root vegetables there happen to be in your own fridge and the result should be just as good. This casserole can be eaten on its own, but this is also an excellent side dish for meat, fish or poultry.
PORTION: about 4 servings (as a side dish)
TIME TO MAKE: peeling and cutting takes their own time, but in the oven this delicacy will be ready in 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g celeriac
- 150 g turnips
- 150 g sweet potatoes
- 150 g red beets
- 80 g butter
- 1 tablespoon of honey

- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- oil
Preheat the oven to 220°C (438°F)
